The author, Ms. Angelica F. Costales, also known as “A”, is the youngest and only daughter of Mrs. Josephine and the late Mr. Ronald Costales. An agrillenial advocating organic agriculture, farm tourism and farm-to-table dining. A graduate of University of The Philippines Los Baños with a degree in BS Agricultural Biotechnology Major in Food Biotechnology in 2015. She is also a chef who finished a Diploma in Culinary Arts at Apicius Culinary Arts & Hotel Management Institute in 2017 and a member of the Philippine Young Chef Club. Aside from that, the author is an accredited trainer and assessor of TESDA. She has been in the industry of farm tourism since 2012 when Costales Nature Farms was first accredited by the Department of Tourism. She was the VP in Sales & Marketing of Costales Nature Farms in 2015. Currently the General Manager of Costales Nature Farms and the Chef & CEO of Costales Foods Phils., Inc. An owner of “The Right Food” a farm-to-table deli and organic market in Los Baños Laguna.
